These services are primarily offered in nineteen counties in West Tennessee and are provided free of charge by a dedicated staff and active, trained volunteers.  WRAP services the counties of Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Hardemon, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Obion, Tipton, and Weakley.  WRAP has ten offices and three domestic violence shelters:  WRAP House Jackson, WRAP House Union City, and WRAP House Trenton.

The mission of Wo/Men’s Resource and Rape Assistance Program is to embrace adult and child survivors of domestic and sexual violence and to empower them to rise above their abuse and move forward with their lives. 
WRAP is the only agency in West Tennessee providing services to both sexual and domestic violence survivors. 
We have coordinated our efforts with those of local law enforcement agencies, attorneys, hospitals, social services agencies, state agencies, and court offices so that we can work together to provide the best services possible to the clients we serve.
